Senior Human Resources Recruiter

At Talent Rise, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter who will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent. As a strategic partner to our client companies, you will drive full-cycle talent acquisition, execute targeted search strategies, and deliver an exceptional hiring experience.

Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer extension.

Sourcing high-caliber candidates across diverse channels, including LinkedIn, specialized platforms, and personal networks.

Executing targeted talent acquisition strategies and passive candidate headhunting.

Advising client partners on hiring requirements, drafting and refining compelling job descriptions (JDs), and providing market landscape insights.

Conducting structured screening calls and competency-based interviews to evaluate candidates' professional expertise, soft skills, and culture alignment.

Building and maintaining an active talent pipeline.

Managing candidate offer discussions, pre-closing, and salary negotiations.

Providing timely, constructive feedback to candidates across all stages of the recruitment funnel.

Tracking recruitment metrics, optimizing conversion rates, and managing KPIs to continuously improve hiring efficiency.

Minimum of 3–4 years of professional experience in an HR or recruitment agency environment.

Proven track record of direct candidate sourcing and headhunting via LinkedIn, Boolean search, and professional networks.

Experience managing international recruitment projects and multi-market searches.

Proficiency in English and Russian (written and spoken).

Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

High degree of analytical thinking, self-organization, and ability to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously.
