Corporate Paralegal

Our client, a leading MNC is seeking to recruit a Paralegal opening as part of expansion for the legal department. Position Summary: The Paralegal will provide comprehensive legal and administrative support to the Legal team, with a primary focus on commercial contracts and oversight of agreements. Job responsibilities: Support and work with the stakeholders in drafting, negotiating, and processing of abroad range of contracts Prepare, review, and maintain standard form agreements, legal templates, precedents, and other legal documentation Provide support to the legal team, including preparation of reports Assist in negotiating settlement agreements and documenting dispute resolutions Conduct legal research on relevant legislation, regulations, and industry developments Support the regional implementation across all jurisdictions of new policies and regulations Requirements: Bachelor or Diploma in Law, Legal Studies, or a related discipline Minimum 3 to 5 years of paralegal experience with a law firm or commercial firm Versed in legal research, with good drafting skills High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills
