Factory Manager

Benefits: Salary up to $7000

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Company Location:  West (Company Transport Provided at Jurong East MRT)

Responsibilities: Manage daily production and warehouse operations to meet productivity and delivery targets

Oversee inventory control, storage, stock take, picking, packing, and dispatch activities

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with logistics providers and transporters

Monitor production output, inventory accuracy, quality, and operational KPIs

Lead and allocate manpower across production and warehouse teams

Implement WMS, barcoding, and process improvements to enhance efficiency

Ensure compliance with  HACCP, GMP, food safety,  and workplace safety requirements

Drive initiatives to reduce wastage, improve productivity, and optimize operational costs

Prepare operational reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Supervise, train, and develop production and warehouse staff
