YOUR IMPACT

Procurement is the single biggest cost position for industrial companies, often over 50% of revenue. Tacto brings AI to strategic procurement so teams can move faster and unlock savings at scale. But in a world that's going increasingly digital, the companies that win are the ones that build real, physical relationships.

As a Marketing & Growth Manager at Tacto, you'll build the physical layer of our go-to-market — hands-on, from day one. Your core is our proven event and training formats: regional procurement meetups and Tacto Trainings & AI Masterclasses across Europe. You take them and run them like clockwork, more cities, more sessions, sharper every time. You coordinate speakers, manage logistics, chase down every detail, and make sure the experience delivers.

YOUR TASKS

• Run Regional Events: Own our regional procurement meetups end-to-end, from planning to last follow-up and run them on a steady, repeatable cadence across markets.

• Deliver Trainings & Masterclasses: Plan and execute Tacto Trainings and AI Masterclasses for procurement and manufacturing leaders, reliably, and at a high bar, every single time.

• Grow the Community: Help grow our community platform for procurement and manufacturing leaders in Europe, the group of people who keep showing up.

• Scale What Works: Formats like Atoms & Bits (our flagship event) already have traction, help take them from good to bigger and sharper.

• Grow Into More: Over time, pick up partner formats, enterprise and C-level events, and market expansion events as we open the Netherlands and the US.

• Become AI-Native: Use AI tools across your entire workflow, from research and outreach to planning and content. You'll work in one of the most AI-forward teams in European B2B and learn to operate at a speed most marketing teams can't match.

YOUR PROFILE

• You're early in your career, fresh out of university or with a few internships under your belt (fast-paced agency experience is a plus) and ready for real ownership from day one.

• You've already organized things people actually showed up for, a university event, a student initiative, a side project and you're hungry for more.

• You're a driven operator: you execute fast, get things done without needing every step spelled out, and chase details until they're right.

• You're reliable and detail-oriented. When you own something, it's done right on time, fully thought through, and at a high quality bar.

• You work seamlessly across teams. Sales, Product, Customer Value, Partners. You align stakeholders, keep everyone in the loop, and make things happen across functions.

• You communicate with strong confidence, in German and English.

• You're passionate about the industrial world, factories, supply chains, how things get built. You thrive in environments where software meets real-world impact.

• You use AI tools to move faster than people expect.

Tacto is building the intelligence layer that connects AI to the physical world of manufacturing, starting with procurement. AI is transforming every industry, but it stops at the factory gate. The knowledge that holds manufacturing together - part costs, suppliers, materials - is scattered across systems and people. Over 50% of a product's cost originates from suppliers, making procurement the single largest cost lever in manufacturing and the missing connection between the digital and the physical world.
