LEGAL OFFICER

WE ARE HIRING: LEGAL OFFICER (CORPORATE) | SEMINYAK BALI

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Officer to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing core Legal operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and manage legal documents (agreements, contracts, MoUs, etc.)
• Handle and ensure completeness of Legal Due Diligence (LDD)
• Manage business licensing through the OSS (Online Single Submission) system
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Provide legal advice and opinions to management
• Liaise with notaries, legal consultants, and government institutions
• Maintain and update company legal documents and licenses
• Identify and mitigate legal risks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Legal Officer / Corporate Legal
• Strong understanding of Legal Due Diligence (LDD), OSS, and Indonesian business licensing
• Proven experience in setting up PT PMA (Foreign Investment Company)
• Strong contract drafting and review skills
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and good communication skills
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Fluent in English (spoken & written) is a must
