PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:

Qualifications/Requirements: Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in an industrial engineering, continuous improvement or production supervisory role, preferably in the food or pharmaceutical manufacturing sector

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in Lean Six Sigma, process mapping and data analysis

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to influence and engage teams at all levels

Proven track record of successfully driving continuous improvement initiatives and delivering measurable results

Tertiary qualification in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or a related engineering course
