Swivel Marketing (U) Limited is a leading BTL and experiential marketing agency under the Wavumbuzi Group. We deliver activations, sampling, roadshows, trade marketing and consumer engagement for brands like MTN, UBL, Standard Chartered and Colgate.

The role

We're looking for a sharp, hands-on Finance & Admin Manager to anchor our Uganda finance and office operations, so every campaign in the field runs on clean books.

What you'll own

• Financial reporting: weekly cash flow, monthly management accounts and budget vs. actual analysis

• The full AR/AP cycle: invoicing, reconciliations, vendor and payroll payments

• Compliance: statutory returns (VAT, PAYE), internal financial controls and audit trail integrity

• Office and admin: vendor and supplier administration, procurement support and general office operations

• Field finance reconciliation through our proprietary FlexiGiG workforce platform

What you'll bring

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration

• 4+ years in a finance or admin role, ideally with supervisory experience

• Strong QuickBooks and advanced Excel skills

• High accuracy, analytical rigour and a proactive, process-improvement mindset

• Experience with field-based or agency operations is a strong plus
