Plan, manage and oversee construction projects from commencement to completion.
Coordinate and manage project activities to ensure works are completed according to project schedule, specifications, quality standards and contractual requirements.
Lead and coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
Prepare and monitor project schedules, work progress, manpower allocation and material requirements.
Supervise site progress and ensure construction works are carried out safely, efficiently and in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
Review and coordinate construction drawings, shop drawings, method statements and technical submissions.
Monitor project costs, variations, procurement and overall project budget.
Identify project risks, site issues and potential delays, and implement appropriate solutions and corrective actions.
Attend project meetings, site meetings and coordination meetings with clients, consultants and contractors.
Ensure all necessary permits, inspections, testing and approvals are obtained before and during project execution.
Monitor the performance of subcontractors and suppliers and ensure works are carried out according to agreed requirements and timelines.
Ensure compliance with Singapore's workplace safety, health and environmental requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections and monitor workmanship and quality control.
Manage project documentation, progress reports, site records and other relevant project documents.
Monitor project handover, testing and commissioning, rectification works and final completion.
Provide regular updates to management on project progress, costs, manpower, issues and overall project status.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management.
