Bilingual Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a Customer Service Consultant to join an international financial services operation. In this role, you will assist customers with their accounts, understand their needs, and provide appropriate payment solutions while delivering a professional and customer-focused experience. We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, attention to detail, and a customer-oriented approach.
