*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Laborer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a passion for the construction field. This role involves working on various construction projects, assisting with tasks that require physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.

*Responsibilities*

• Assist in the construction of structures by performing tasks such as heavy lifting, and carrying materials.
• Support skilled tradespeople, in their daily tasks.
• Prep all area's
• Assisting in the setup and operation of equipment used for spray foam and fireproofing, such as sprayers and pumps.
• Working collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals efficiently and safely.
• Adhering to all safety protocols and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Reporting any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Ensure job sites are clean and organized for safety and efficiency.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Valid G license required

• Excellent physical stamina and strength to perform labor-intensive tasks.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Training provided for candidates. Must have a strong work ethic and good attendance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
