Collect and pay out bets accurately and efficiently. Monitor players and the table to prevent cheating, fraud, or irregularities. Maintain the integrity of the game and follow casino procedures and gaming regulations. Handle chips, cards, and other gaming equipment properly. Provide courteous and professional service to guests.

Qualifications/Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of a recognized dealer training program (preferred). Knowledge of casino table games and gaming procedures. Good math skills and the ability to handle chips and payouts quickly. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must possess a valid gaming license as required by local gaming authorities.
