Management Associate

📍 Location: Island wide, Singapore 💰 Salary: $3,200 – $3,400/month

What You'll Do:

• ✅ Complete structured training and grow into a supervisory role
• ✅ Learn daily operations and perform responsibilities independently
• ✅ Uphold the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values
• ✅ Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• ✅ Assist in recruiting and developing junior team members
• ✅ Support employee counselling and performance management
• ✅ Take on additional duties as assigned by management

What We're Looking For:

• ✔️ Minimum 1 year of experience in the service industry
• ✔️ Bachelor's Degree in any field
• ✔️ F&B experience is an advantage
