HYDRAULLIC BACKHOE EXCAVATOR OPERATOR

The Backhoe Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating backhoe equipment for excavation, digging, loading, trenching, and other construction-related activities while following project specifications and safety procedures.

Qualifications/Requirements: At least High School Graduate or equivalent. With proven experience operating a backhoe or similar heavy equipment. Must have a valid driver’s license and/or applicable heavy equipment operator certification, as required by the employer or project. Knowledge of basic backhoe operation, inspection, and maintenance. Physically fit and capable of working outdoors and in various weather conditions. Good knowledge of construction site safety procedures. Responsible, reliable, and safety-conscious. Able to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision. Willing to work overtime, weekends, holidays, or shifting schedules when required. Willing to be assigned to different project sites.
