_*About the Role*_

Standard Mechanical Systems is seeking an organized, detail-oriented *Service Dispatcher* to join our Head Office team in Mississauga. In this fast-paced role, you will serve as the central hub of our daily operations?connecting our clients, internal teams, and field technicians to ensure seamless service delivery. _*Key Responsibilities*_

*Customer Support:* Answer incoming service calls, resolve inquiries, and provide frontline support to clients and internal departments.

*Work Order Management:* Create, update, and close client-specific work orders across various customer portals.

*Operational Dispatching:* Route urgent service requests efficiently to minimize downtime and meet client deadlines.

_*Qualifications you will need to succeed? *_

*Experience:* Prior dispatching experience in the HVAC, mechanical, or construction trades is highly preferred.

*Software Skills:* Proficiency in MS Office Suite is required. Experience with the *Sampro Enterprise System* is a major asset.

*Core Skills:* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities.

*Work Style:* High level of accuracy, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.

*Autonomy:* Able to collaborate with a team while working independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
