Production Manager

Define production, cost, manpower, and expense strategies to align with factory goals.

Prepare annual production budgets and implement strategies including TPM, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.

Monitor and control productivity, performance, quality, cost, manpower, energy usage, and safety.

Conduct internal audits, follow-ups, and implement corrective action plans.

Manage staff development, organize skill-up training, and evaluate team performance.

Report production performance, quality issues, and operational concerns to the Factory Director and Managing Director.

Plan, control, and manage production processes to achieve company KPIs in quality, quantity, cost, and delivery.

Conduct weekly production meetings to set objectives, assign tasks, and track progress.

Analyze production problems, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Lead and participate in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and safety committees with clear action plans.

Ensure compliance with international standards such as ISO 9001, BRC, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, GHPs/HACCP, and Halal.

Oversee hygiene practices and pest control management in production areas to maintain food safety.

Coordinate with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.

Communicate company policies, quality, and safety standards clearly to subordinates.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and teamwork in the production department.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mold Engineering, or Production Engineering Minimum 5 years of experience in production management, including supervisory or managerial roles Strong leadership, team management, and strategic decision-making skills Solid understanding of ISO standards, GMP, BRC, HACCP, TPM, and other production-related systems Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities Good command of English, both written and spoken Proficiency in computer skills, including SAP systems, Excel, PowerPoint, and other production management tools
