Costing Manager

Job Responsibilities Plan, control, and oversee cost accounting operations to ensure alignment with company policies, accounting standards, and internal control procedures.

Monitor and control the usage of raw materials and production expenses to stay within the allocated budget.

Analyze product cost and expenses by cost center to provide accurate and useful data for management decision-making.

Prepare key financial reports, including:

Cost analysis by product

Comparative cost reports

Administrative and production expense reports

Annual budget plans and business targets

Supervise, assign, and evaluate subordinates to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Guide, motivate, and ensure the team complies with company regulations and cost control policies.

Continuously develop team competency in cost analysis and cost improvement through coaching and training.

Coordinate and maintain strong working relationships with internal departments and external agencies.

Ensure compliance with relevant quality and safety management systems such as ISO 9001, BRC, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and Halal standards.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting. Minimum 5 years of experience in cost accounting or relevant areas. Strong background in manufacturing industry is highly preferred. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is a plus. Strong knowledge and skills in cost analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting. Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
