Captain/Service Crew, 5 days 44 hrs, Fulltime

Summary: Salary: Up to $3,200 + Variable Bonus

Working day & Hours: 5 days / 44 hours/week

Job Responsibilities: Provide friendly and professional service to guests and ensure a pleasant dining experience.

Take orders, serve food and beverages, handle cashiering and support daily outlet operations.

Assist with reservations, customer enquiries and service recovery when required.

Maintain outlet cleanliness, cake/product displays and high service standards.

Assist with stock planning, ordering and wastage control.

Support manpower scheduling and smooth day-to-day outlet operations.

For Service Captain: Lead the service team, supervise sections and guide junior staff.

Perform other ad-hoc duties to support the outlet.

Job Requirements: Previous F&B or customer service experience preferred.

Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Good teamwork, service attitude and attention to cleanliness.

Willing to learn and grow in the F&B industry.
