Technical office Deputy Manager
Support the Technical Office Manager in overseeing all Technical Office activities across assigned projects.
Lead and coordinate Civil and Architectural Technical Office teams to ensure timely delivery of project requirements.
Manage shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, and technical approvals.
Review BOQs, quantity take-offs, cost control, and variation orders.
Oversee Quantity Surveying and Commercial activities, including progress valuations, payment certificates, claims, and cost reporting.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Consultants, and Clients to resolve technical and commercial issues.
Monitor project budgets and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, and company standards.
Prepare technical and commercial reports for senior management.
Mentor and develop Technical Office engineers while improving workflow efficiency
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or architecture engineering.
Graduation year: 2011–2015.
11–15 years of experience in the construction industry.
Proven experience in Technical Office, Commercial, and Quantity Surveying (QS).
Previous experience in a leadership role such as Team Leader, or Deputy Manager.
Strong knowledge of contracts, BOQs, variation orders, and payment certifications.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel is required.
Knowledge of Revit is an advantage.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with reputable construction companies is highly preferred
