Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of cleaners at assigned locations.
- Plan and allocate daily work assignments to cleaning staff.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and service quality standards are met.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, and performance of cleaning personnel.
- Provide on-the-job training and guidance to cleaning staff.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and materials.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and submit replenishment requests when necessary.
- Attend to client feedback, complaints, and service requests promptly.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health regulations.
- Prepare reports on manpower deployment, attendance, and operational matters.
- Assist with recruitment, orientation, and performance evaluation of cleaning staff.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cleaning operations or facility management.
- Prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and chemicals.
- Familiarity with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Willing to work weekends, public holidays, or shift schedules when required.
