*Responsibilities*

• Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections, offering recommendations when needed.
• Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring all details are correct.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining presentation standards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special dietary requests or concerns.

*Experience*

• Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key!
• Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours.
• Knowledge of food handling, safety regulations, and sanitation practices in the food industry.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Basic math skills for cashiering, billing, and handling transactions accurately.
• Experience in hospitality or guest services roles is advantageous for creating a welcoming environment.
