PRODUCT SPECIALIST

Sales and Product Specialist is responsible for handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and providing product information to support sales activities. Builds and maintains customer relationships through regular follow-ups and assists customers throughout the purchasing process. Coordinates marketing and promotional efforts, including cold email and outreach campaigns. Maintains accurate customer records and business files while helping ensure website and online store information remains accurate and up to date. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements: Proficient in English with good verbal and written communication skills. Strong comprehension skills to clearly understand customer inquiries and concerns. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Customer-oriented with a professional and patient approach. Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. Ability to identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions. Willing to learn product knowledge and improve sales techniques. Experience at least one (1) year in retail, sales, or customer service.
