NETWORK (INTERNATIONAL) EXECUTIVE

JOB PURPOSE

The Network (International) Executive manages and optimizes international shipment lanes and partner network, ensuring cross-border parcel flows are efficient, compliant, and cost-effective. The role oversees coordination with international carriers, customs processes, and inbound/outbound network performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage day-to-day operations of international shipment lanes, including coordination with overseas partners, freight forwarders, and customs agents.
• Monitor international network performance (transit time, clearance time, on-time delivery) and resolve bottlenecks across cross-border routes.
• Support customs clearance processes by ensuring documentation, HS codes, and regulatory requirements (e.g., LARTAS, import/export permits) are met.
• Coordinate with international partners/agents on rate negotiation, capacity planning, and service level agreements.
• Track and report international lane KPIs, cost performance, and volume trends to the Head of Operations Programs.
• Work closely with Network (Domestic), Customer Operations, and Ground Operations to ensure seamless end-to-end international delivery.
• Investigate and resolve international shipment exceptions, customs holds, and partner-related service issues.
• Support new international lane launches, including route planning, partner onboarding, and operational readiness.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, customs/trade compliance, or cross-border courier operations.
• Working knowledge of customs clearance procedures, import/export regulations, and international trade documentation.
• Strong data analysis skills using Excel; experience with logistics/TMS systems is an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English; additional regional language skills are a plus.
• Willingness to coordinate across time zones with international partners.
