Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and high-quality massage, foot reflexology and body treatment services to customers.
- Ensure excellent and consistent customer service throughout the treatment experience.
- Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable treatments and wellness services.
- Maintain a high standard of personal grooming, hygiene and professional conduct.
- Build good relationships with customers and provide a pleasant and comfortable treatment experience.
- Support the outlet in achieving customer service and sales targets.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper hygiene of the treatment rooms and work areas.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Spa Therapist, Massage Therapist, Foot Reflexologist, Beautician or in a related wellness industry.
- Professional, customer-service oriented and sales-driven.
- Well-groomed, pleasant and positive personality.
- Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A good team player who is willing to support colleagues and the outlet.
- Knowledge of skincare, health and wellness products/services will be an advantage.
- Candidates with relevant massage/foot reflexology qualifications or certifications are preferred.
