About the Role:

  1. Act as the single point of contact for all MEP-related coordination between the client, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
  2. Participate in project pitches and client presentations, including preparation of technical inputs, preliminary schemes, and value propositions for MEP services.
  3. Develop and present conceptual MEP designs, including system selection, space planning inputs, and load assessments aligned with project requirements.
  4. Support procurement teams with technical proposals, scope definition, and estimation inputs during the pre-sales stage.
  5. Review and validate MEP design drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals prior to execution.
  6. Coordinate across all MEP services (Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting, ELV, Plumbing) to ensure clash-free and integrated execution.
  7. Identify, highlight, and proactively resolve design and site coordination issues to avoid delays and rework.
  8. Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality of installation and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
  9. Ensure proper implementation of coordinated layouts to maintain design intent, including ceiling heights, clearances, and service integration.
  10. Liaise with the design team for clarifications and ensure that all revisions are properly communicated and implemented on site.
  11. Review and track RFIs, deviations, and change requests, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
  12. Validate measurements and support preparation/review of Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and contractor bills.
  13. Ensure all material approvals, technical submittals, and inspections are completed prior to installation.
  14. Maintain records of site progress, coordination meetings, and issue logs, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  15. Ensure adherence to project quality standards, safety requirements, and contractual obligations.
