Job Title: Class 3 Lorry Driver & Nursery Assistant

Location: 553 Thomson Road Company: SPA Flora Pte Ltd Salary: $2,300 – $2,800 / month (Depending on experience) Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Summary

Drive a Class 3 lorry to deliver garden supplies safely and provide excellent customer service. Maintain nursery cleanliness, care for plants, and assist customers to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.

Responsibilities

On the Road (Driving Duties):

• Operate the Class 3 lorry safely to deliver plants, trees, bagged soil, and garden supplies on schedule
• Load and unload the vehicle carefully to prevent damage to green goods
• Provide friendly and timely service to customers during deliveries

At the Garden Centre (Nursery & Housekeeping Duties):

• Sweep floors, clear debris, and maintain safe, clean paths for customers
• Organize and arrange plants neatly to create visually appealing displays
• Perform weeding and pruning to maintain plant health
• Restock displays with fresh plant shipments, heavy soil bags, and pots efficiently
• Assist customers in locating plants and loading heavy items into their vehicles

Required competencies and certifications

• Valid Class 3 Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Physical stamina to lift heavy goods, sweep, and work outdoors
• Commitment to working Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Strong sense of responsibility to maintain nursery cleanliness and order
