*Overview*

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-time Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage financial records, ensure accurate bookkeeping practices, and support our day-to-day accounting operations. *Responsibilities*

• Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as Myob Accounting,QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently
• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are correctly recorded
• Conduct account analysis and prepare reports to support financial decision-making
• Assist with payroll processing and related documentation
• Reconcile accounts regularly to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
• Support budgeting activities by tracking expenses and revenues

*Qualifications*

• Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and accounting practices
• Knowledge of payroll processing and related compliance requirements
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Ability to perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation accurately
• Familiarity with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account analysis
• Prior experience in a retail or small business environment is a plus
