VIP Executive (Executive Lounge)

MAJOR FUNCTION: Create a hospitable and professional atmosphere in your area to ensure total guest satisfaction. Have knowledge of local areas and be informed at all times about cultural, historical attractions as well as their locations and hours of operation. Be able to schedule the bell staff as business demands and supervise them during their working time. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be knowledgeable of the local areas, restaurants and theater/musical and cultural events.
• Know the following and offer such to guests: airline, car rental, transportation directions, office services, and beauty and salon services.
• Be able to arrange baby sitter services; arrange presents upon guest's request.
• Maintain repeat guest program and handle all VIPs.
• Know about official hotel contracts and honor them at all times.
• Responsible to handle guest complaints in a professional and hospitable manner.
• Ensure that hospitality program is followed.
