Technical Presales Consultant

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and propose appropriate technical solutions
• Organize, plan, direct, and coordinate all aspects of the technical pre-sales engagement for prospective clients to ensure the technical win
• Act as a technical advisor during customer meetings, calls and on-site visits.
• Conduct and lead partners/customer onsite solution evaluation
• Provide first level technical support for solution evaluations
• Prepare functional requirements, functional specifications and provide assistance in Project’s statement-of-work (SOW) documents in support of system quotations.
• Maintain high conformity working with sales teams
• Contribute to the technical & competence development of employees by providing information transfer to internal team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of experience in a Pre-sales, Solution Consulting, Solution Architect, or other customer-facing technical role within the IT industry.
• Solid technical background with a strong understanding of software development, system architecture, cloud technologies, or digital transformation solutions.
• Professional experience as part of an enterprise company, including hands-on field sales support, security consulting, pre-sales engineering or similar experience
• Ability to successfully navigate and relate to varying levels of functional and technical personnel at customer sites
• Good understanding of the Vietnam market and experience working with local enterprise customers is highly preferred.
• Proactive, customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and consulting skills.
• English communication skills are a plus but are not mandatory.
