Branch Manager (Air & Sea)

• Oversee daily air and sea export operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Manage end-to-end logistics processes with shipping lines, customs brokers, trucking companies, carriers, overseas agents, and 3PL providers.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team to achieve high performance.
• Resolve complex customer issues, escalations, and complaints in a timely manner.
• Drive sales channels and build long-term customer relationships to support business growth.
• Ensure proper completion and submission of required licenses, legal forms, and business documentation.
• Monitor and track shipments, providing timely updates to clients and internal teams.
• Improve workflows, cost efficiency, and service quality.
• Collaborate with internal departments and overseas branches to align operations.
• Maintain accurate shipment and transaction records.
• Prepare and present reports on KPIs, service performance, and customer feedback.
• Take a hands-on role in shipment processes (documentation, manifests, invoicing, costing) when required.
• Handle ad hoc administrative or operational tasks as assigned.

Qualifications: Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics, import/export, freight forwarding, or supply chain (sales/business development experience an advantage). Strong knowledge of international and regional logistics, including customs compliance and import/export regulations. Proficient in English (Chinese an advantage). Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Responsible, organized, service-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure. Proven leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
