Experienced supervising teams within the waste or recycling industry?
We're looking for an experienced Waste Management Supervisor to join a busy operation in Rugby.
This is a primarily office-based supervisory role, managing people, performance and daily operations. It's NOT a hands-on waste collection job.
What you'll be doing:
- Supervising waste and recycling teams
- Monitoring KPIs, budgets and operational costs
- Managing staff performance and daily briefings
- Handling complaints and public enquiries
- Completing reports, admin and computer-based tasks
- Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained
What we're looking for:
- Previous supervisory experience within waste management OR recycling (essential)
- Strong IT, admin and organisational skills
- Confidence managing staff and resolving issues
- Good understanding of health and safety
- Full UK Driving Licence
