About SmileCraft Dental

SmileCraft Dental is a brand-new, modern dental clinic opening in the Willoughby?Langley area. Our clinic is built around providing an exceptional patient experience through thoughtful care, efficient systems, and a welcoming environment for families.

We are currently looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist to manage our front desk on Saturdays.

This role is ideal for someone confident with dental reception workflows who can step in and run the front desk smoothly.

There will also be opportunities to expand into additional days in the future as the practice grows.

Compensation

$28+ per hour, negotiable based on experience

Your Role

As our Saturday Receptionist, you will:

• Welcome and check in patients in a professional and friendly manner
• Manage the clinic schedule and patient flow for the day
• Answer phones and assist with patient inquiries
• Process patient check-outs and payments
• Handle insurance submissions and billing coordination
• Maintain accurate patient records using Tracker PMS
• Communicate effectively with the dentist and clinical team
• Ensure the reception area remains organized and professional

What We?re Looking For

This position is for experienced dental receptionists only.

• Minimum 3 years dental receptionist experience (required)
• Strong experience using Tracker PMS (required)
• Must be able to work independently (required)
• Strong understanding of dental scheduling, billing, and insurance processes
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and keep the day running smoothly
