SECURITY SUPERVISOR

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a security supervisory role.

Certificate or Diploma in Security Management, Criminology, or a related field is an added advantage.

Strong leadership and team-management skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Sound knowledge of security procedures and risk management.

Ability to handle emergencies and work effectively under pressure.

Good report-writing and record-keeping skills.

High level of integrity, discipline, alertness, and professionalism.

Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays where required.

Valid security-related certification/licence where applicable.
