Customer Support & Sales Specialist

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Customer Support & Sales Specialist to join our team in the insurance sector. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, presenting insurance solutions, and guiding them through the decision-making process. You will also provide friendly support, build trust, and help clients choose the insurance package that best fits their needs. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy communication, are eager to grow in sales, and want to build a stable career in a professional environment.

Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce available insurance products

Identify customer needs and present tailored insurance solutions

Attract new clients and maintain long-term relationships

Provide clear, friendly, and professional customer support

Guide clients throughout the insurance selection and registration process

Record client information accurately in the system

Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage renewals

Work toward monthly sales and customer acquisition targets

Excellent English communication skills (Spanish is a plus)

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Confident in phone communication and client presentations

Customer-focused, patient, and persuasive

Basic computer skills (CRM systems, outlook, Excel)

Motivation to achieve sales targets and a proactive attitude

Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory
