ADVERTISING OFFICER

Key responsibilities

Supervise the daily operations of the advertising team to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently Monitor campaign performance and recommend strategies to improve results Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth campaign implementation Track team productivity and ensure performance goals are achieved Prepare operational reports and present updates to management Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to improve productivity and performance Ensure compliance with company policies, advertising standards, and operational procedures Perform other duties assigned by management

Qualifications/Requirements: About you Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Communications, or a related field Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in advertising operations, digital marketing, or a supervisory role Strong leadership and team management skills Knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Facebook Ads, or similar platforms Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skill Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and reporting tools Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets Willing to work onsite in Palayan City, Nueva Ecija Benefits
