Sales Trainee {Graduate Internship} (For A Manufacturing Company)

Salary:  Monthly Stipend Ksh 25,000 - Ksh 30,000 Upon Successful Completion Of The Internship And Appointment To A Substantive Sales Position, Participants Will Receive An Improved Salary And Benefits Package In Line With The Company's Remuneration Structure.

Requirements: 

Bachelors Degree In Marketing, Business Management Or Related Field (Must Have Graduated Recently). 

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills. 

Strong Willingness To Learn, Positive Attitude, And Self Motivation. 

Good Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.

Duties/Responsibilities: 

Participate In Structured Sales Training And Development Programmes. 

Support The Sales Team In Identifying And Developing New Business Opportunities. 

Build And Maintain Positive Relationships With Customers. 

Conduct Market Research And Gather Customer Insights. 

Assist In Executing Sales, Marketing, And Brand Activation Initiatives. 

Prepare Sales Reports And Maintain Accurate Customer Records. 

Learn And Apply The Company's Sales Processes, Products, And Customer Service Standards. 

Perform Other Duties Assigned As Part Of The Learning Programme.
