Diploma Or Degree In Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Or A Related Field.
Good Understanding Of The Alcoholic Beverages Market And Distribution Channels In Kenya, Particularly The Coast Region, Will Be An Added Advantage.
Strong Negotiation, Communication, Customer Relationship And Leadership Skills. Good Knowledge Of Sales Reporting, Market Analysis And Digital Marketing.
Must Be Results Oriented, Commercially Minded, Proactive And Willing To Travel Across The Coast Branches.
A Valid Driving Licence And Experience In Field Sales/Distribution Management Will Be An Added Advantage. Experience:
3 To 5 Years Relevant Experience In Sales And Marketing, Preferably In Wines, Spirits, Fmcg, Beverage Distribution Or A Related Industry.
Proven Experience Managing And Achieving Sales Targets And Leading Sales Teams. Duties:
Develop And Implement Sales And Marketing Strategies To Achieve Revenue And Market-Growth Targets.
Lead, Supervise And Motivate Sales Teams Across The Company’s Branches.
Manage Distribution, Customer Relationships, Sales Channels And Key Accounts.
Identify New Markets, Customers And Business Opportunities Across The Coast Region.
Monitor Sales Performance, Stock Movement, Pricing, Promotions And Market Trends.
Plan And Execute Effective Promotions, Activations And Brand Visibility Initiatives.
Build Strong Relationships With Retailers, Wholesalers, Hotels, Bars, Restaurants And Other Trade Customers.
Prepare Sales Forecasts, Budgets And Regular Performance Reports For Management.
Ensure Compliance With Relevant Alcohol, Licensing, Advertising And Business Regulations.
Work Closely With Procurement, Finance, Logistics And Branch Teams To Ensure Efficient Product Distribution.
