Sea Freight Operation Supervisor/Manager

The Sea Freight Operations Manager / Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing the daily sea freight import and export operations to ensure high-quality customer service, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and profitability. This role oversees the operations team, coordinates with internal departments and external partners, and drives continuous process improvement while ensuring all shipments are executed in accordance with company SOPs and customer requirements.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in international freight forwarding or sea freight operations. At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role. Experience with CargoWise, SMART, ERP, or similar freight forwarding systems is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Fluent in English; Chinese and/or Thai language skills are an advantage.
