Associate Executive, Learning & Career Development (6 months contract)

What You'll Do: As part of the team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Learning Centre facilities and the administrative coordination of training programmes. This role combines facilities management, training logistics, and event support to ensure effective delivery of learning initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Learning Centre Facilities Oversee the management and maintenance of Level 18 training facilities, including room setup and access control

Process and coordinate room booking requests

Handle software licence requests for training tools (Rise360, Mentimeter)

Maintain inventory of training materials and stationery

Training Administration Manage end-to-end coordination of corporate training programmes and self-directed eLearning initiative

Manage training logistics including venue arrangements, material preparation, and vendor coordination

Maintain accurate training records and update Learning Management System (SuccessFactors)

Process training-related payments and claims efficiently

Refreshment Manage weekly catering arrangements for training sessions

Verify deliveries and ensure setup is complete

Monitor and manage within the allocated refreshment budget

Participate in HR events and initiatives including Learning Fiesta

Required Qualifications and Skills: Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field

1-2 years of relevant experience in training administration or L&D

Proficient in MS Office applications

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented with ability to work independently

Experience with LMS systems would be an advantage
