Site Supervisor

Daily supervision and monitoring of work at the company's external sites.

Monitoring the workforce and ensuring work is carried out according to instructions and established plans.

Coordinating with departments, supervisors, and contractors to ensure efficient workflow.

Monitoring the sites' needs for materials, tools, and supplies, and submitting requests.

Ensuring adherence to attendance and departure times and site regulations.

Monitoring the quality of work and reporting any observations or problems immediately.

Preparing periodic reports on the status of sites and completed work.

Addressing field issues and escalating cases requiring administrative intervention.

Ensuring compliance with safety procedures and site-specific instructions.

Performing any other duties related to the nature of the work.

Relevant qualifications.

Previous experience in field supervision or site monitoring.

Ability to manage and supervise personnel at external sites.

Excellent communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in the field and travel between sites.

Commitment, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Experience in real estate development, contracting, or site management is preferred.
