System Administrator

Responsibilities:

Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across offices, warehouses, and production facilities.

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.

Support ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) used for inventory, procurement, and production planning.

Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs.

Ensure cybersecurity protocols are followed, including antivirus updates, access controls, and data backups.

Assist in ISO documentation and audits related to IT systems and data security.

Maintain accurate records of IT assets, licenses, and service requests.

Provide training and onboarding support for new employees on IT systems and tools.

Liaise with external vendors for software updates, troubleshooting, and system upgrades.

Participate in IT projects such as system migrations, upgrades, and process automation.

Requirements:

Minimum of Degree Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role
