Assistant Cook

Jobs descriptions:

• Able to cook and assist prepare of food.
• Ensures that food is prepared and served to

the customers on time.

• Ensures that health and safety standards with

all food, beverage and equipment are upheld in

the kitchen..

• Follow food and beverage safety and hygiene

policies and procedures.

• Maintain food and beverage production

environment.

• Maintain quality control procedures.
• Receive and store food products.

• Ability to perform all required kitchen

assistance duties.

• Preparation of food like portioning, cutting

and packing to prepare for operation

Requirements:

• Positive and approachable manner
• Ability to carry out multiple tasks and be a

team player

• Relevant working experience in the Coffee

Shop/Food Court is an added advantage

• Must prepare to work during weekends/ public

holidays and overtime as and when required
