*Indian Chef ? Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled and experienced *Indian Chef* to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for Indian cuisine, excellent leadership skills, and solid experience in kitchen operations. Experience in *South Indian cuisine* will be considered an added advantage.

*Key Responsibilities*
- Prepare authentic Indian dishes including *Tandoor, Indo-Chinese, and Indian curries* (North & South Indian styles)
- Demonstrate strong hands-on expertise in *Indian Tandoor cooking*
- Prepare *Roomali Roti, kebabs, tikkas, and a variety of Indian breads*
- Oversee all kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Develop and innovate new menu items while maintaining consistency in quality and taste
- Train, supervise, and mentor kitchen staff
- Manage inventory and ensure timely ordering of supplies
- Maintain strict compliance with *health, hygiene, and food safety standards*
- Collaborate with management for *events, promotions, and catering menus*
*Qualifications & Requirements*
- Proven experience as an *Indian Chef* or similar role
- Minimum *3- 5 years of hands-on Experience in Indian Cuisine *
- Strong expertise in *Tandoor, Roomali Roti, kebabs, tikkas, and Indian breads*
- In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine and kitchen operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a *fast-paced kitchen environment*
- Culinary certification or degree (preferred, not mandatory)

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
