Coaching Internship (Job Shadowing)

What You’ll Do: Shadow experienced coaches during training sessions and games

Learn how to structure youth training programs by age group

Support in managing drills, warm-ups, and practice routines

Observe coach-to-player interaction and how to manage large groups

Gain exposure to league & tournament environments (SPBL, APC)

Requirements: Polytechnic or JC student (Sports, PE, Education, or general interest in coaching)

Passionate about basketball, sports, or youth development

Enthusiastic, reliable, and willing to learn

Playing background is a bonus, but not required

What You’ll Learn: Hands-on job shadowing experience with professional basketball coaches

Insight into how structured training develops youth athletes

Experience in leadership, communication, and teamwork
