We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Associate, Channel Sales to join our Commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for those who are keen to gain exposur eto channel sales, business operations, and stakeholder management. Working closely with channel partners and internal teams, you will play an important role in supporting sales execution, managing operational processes, and contributing to business growth

Your role:

  • Support the execution of sales plans and channel sales strategies in alignment with business objectives.
  • Coordinate with Channel Sales Partners to monitor and process sales submissions into internal systems.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to support timely and effective delivery of sales action plans.
  • Assist in planning and forecasting channel contributions, including supporting annual sales and growth budget activities.
  • Support channel partner onboarding, performance monitoring, and delivery of channel initiatives.
  • Assist in the development of market offers, products, and related commercial inputs.
  • Manage day-to-day operations relating to channel partner sales quotations and submissions.
  • Ensure operational requirements under commercial agreements are properly followed.
  • Manage financial and reporting obligations, including CTA-related matters, sales commission tracking, and monitoring of customer cancellations within applicable cooling-off periods.
  • Support OEM-related sales and operations, including GroupBuy, Corporate Bulk Buy, OEM Channel Sales Partner management, and post-sales matters.
  • Manage corporate bulk buy activities across the end-to-end sales cycle, including new and renewal sales.
  • Handle operational matters relating to onboarded customers, including special rate requests, novation cases, and arrears-related matters where required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: 0 – 1 year of working experience
  • Relevant internship experience in sales, business operations, customer service, administration, or commercial functions will be an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders professionally.
  • Possess a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong sense of ownership.
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle operational and administrative tasks accurately.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
  • Team player with strong coordination and follow-up skills.
