Retail Brand Ambassador (Full Time)

Our client is a Singapore-based home & lifestyle retail brand known for a strong customer experience and a positive, energetic store culture.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily store operations and key activities under management's directives
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive shopping environment aligned with brand standards
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
- Mentor part-time retail staff and ensure SOPs are followed
- Assign tasks to part-timers and give constructive feedback to improve team performance
- Assist with store inventory management and internal/external stock transfers
- Maintain and improve the store environment
- Work closely with management on sales activities and customer feedback
Core Key Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail role (part-time experience accepted)
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills
- Fluent in English
- Good team player with a pleasant, service-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work a 5-day week including both weekends
- Open to Singaporeans, PRs and eligible foreign applicants (work pass sponsorship available for exceptional candidates)
Nice to Have
- Fluency in Mandarin
- Passion for home & lifestyle products
- Must be comfortable working in both outlets (one in central area, one in Jewel Changi)
