Position summary

The orthodontist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating dental and facial irregularities within a private healthcare setting. You will develop personalized treatment plans and utilize advanced orthodontic techniques and technologies to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

Perform comprehensive orthodontic assessments and evaluations

Develop and implement customized treatment plans using braces, aligners, and other appliances

Monitor treatment progress and adjust plans as necessary

Provide patient education on orthodontic care and oral hygiene

Collaborate with the dental team and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of latest orthodontic advancements and best practices

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies

Requirements

Degree in dentistry (DDS or DMD) with specialization in orthodontics

Completion of accredited orthodontic residency program

Valid orthodontic license to practice in a private healthcare setting

Proven experience working in a private healthcare or dental facility preferred

Proficiency with modern orthodontic appliances and treatment methods

Strong communication and patient management skills

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Compensation range from 35000 AED to 75000 AED per month (additional bonuses or incentive compensation or benefits discussed during the selection of candidate)
