Position: Trade Executive / Senior Executive – Yield & Capacity Management Location: Temasek Avenue Working Days: Monday to Friday Working Hours: 8.45AM to 6.00PM Salary: Basic up to $5,000 + Mobile Claims + AWS + Performance Bonus Benefits: 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical Allowance (No Cap) + Dental (up to $300 per year) + Gym ($150 per month) Duration: Permanent

Why Join? Our client is an established container shipping company seeking a Trade Executive / Senior Executive to support service allocation, yield optimisation, slot management and market analysis.

Responsibilities: Manage assigned services and prepare voyage-based allocations. Optimise TEU and tonnage utilisation to maximise profitability. Support slot control activities, including slot purchases and sales. Prepare weekly and monthly service performance reports. Analyse market trends, competitor rates and cargo patterns. Support Minimum Rate Guidelines (MRG) based on costs, margins and market conditions. Coordinate pricing alignment with internal stakeholders.

Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Shipping, Transportation or related discipline. Minimum 2–3 years of container shipping experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
