Position: Sales Executive (Freight Forwarding)

Location : Tampines Industrial Crescent

Working hours : 5.25 working days, Monday-Friday 8:30- 5:30 ALTERNATE Saturday 8:30-12:30pm

Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic up to $3500 + Performance Bonus

Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.

Build rapport with customers through phone and face-to-face communication.

Promote freight forwarding and logistics services to customers.

Prepare quotations, proposals and follow up on sales opportunities.

Negotiate pricing, terms and service expectations with customers and vendors.

Handle objections professionally and follow up to secure business.

Coordinate with operations and pricing teams to support smooth shipment execution.

Learn freight forwarding fundamentals, including Incoterms, air/sea rates and shipping documentation.

Maintain accurate client, quotation and sales pipeline records.

Requirements: No prior freight forwarding experience required; training will be provided.

Candidates with phone-based sales, telemarketing, customer service, appointment setting or client-facing experience will be advantageous.

Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with new customers.

Strong verbal communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.

Resilient, target-driven and able to handle customer objections professionally.

Interest in freight forwarding, logistics or global trade will be advantageous.
