Position: Sales Admin Executive

Location: Chinatown, approximately 8 minutes’ walk from MRT

Working Hours: 5 days, office hours, with 1 WFH day per week

Salary: Up to S$3,500, commensurate with experience

Leave: 7 days annual leave

Duration: 8-month contract, maternity cover

Job Responsibilities: Provide sales administration and customer-service support to existing clients and internal teams.

Handle enquiries, quotations, renewals, documentation and account-servicing matters.

Coordinate with clients and relevant internal or external parties to ensure timely follow-up.

Maintain accurate customer records and supporting documentation.

Support day-to-day servicing of existing client accounts.

Build professional client relationships through prompt and effective service.

Assist with general administrative and operational duties as required.

Support discussions and initiatives to improve internal processes and service standards.

Requirements: At least one year of relevant experience in sales administration, sales support, customer service, account servicing or a similar administrative role.

Comfortable handling quotations, documentation and customer enquiries.

Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple follow-up matters independently.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Good communication and customer-service skills.

Able to commit to the full 8-month maternity-cover contract.
