Quantity Surveyor

Position: Quantity Surveyor Location: Beach Road Working Days: Monday to Friday Working Hours: 9.00AM to 6.00PM Salary: Basic up to $3,500 Basic + AWS + Performance Bonus Benefits: 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits Duration: Permanent

Why Join? Our client is an established professional services firm supporting construction and building projects in Singapore. They are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage tendering, cost control, contracts, claims and commercial matters throughout the project lifecycle. This role provides broad exposure across the full quantity surveying cycle, from tender preparation and procurement to progress claims, variation orders and final accounts. You will work closely with clients, consultants, contractors and project teams while developing strong commercial, contractual and cost-management expertise.

Responsibilities: Prepare tender documents, cost estimates, BOQ and contract documentation. Evaluate quotations and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers. Handle progress claims, variation orders and final accounts. Monitor project budgets, costs and cash flow. Review drawings and specifications for cost implications. Coordinate contractual matters with clients, consultants and project teams. Support procurement, cost forecasting and contractual correspondence.

Requirements: Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management or related discipline. Minimum 2 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience. Good knowledge of contracts, tendering, cost estimation and project claims. Proficient in Microsoft Office. AutoCAD, BIM or quantity take-off software knowledge is advantageous. Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills. Able to manage multiple deadlines independently.
